Keruj Mobile App: A Service Worker's Workday

Let’s imagine a typical workday of a service worker who repairs and maintains climate control equipment. Let's call him Oleh. He services air conditioners in offices, shops, and private houses. Every day brings new addresses, new tasks, urgent calls, and constant communication with the office

Previously, his work looked like this: calls from the logician, writing down addresses in a notebook, photos of completed work in Viber, acts - "later in the office", clarification on the availability of spare parts - through several calls. Now, everything is different. Everything is in one environment - in the Keruj mobile application

The morning begins with the "Home" page

At 10:00 AM, Oleh opens the application and goes to the Home page - his personal working dashboard

Here he immediately sees:

  • active tasks for today

  • projects in which he is a performer

  • number of tasks in progress

So today, there is a scheduled maintenance in progress in the shop

The Home page is customized individually. Oleh added widgets "Tasks", "Projects", and the ability to create documents "Buyer's order", "Sale of goods and services", "Payment invoice" - to see everything relevant at once and create the necessary document on the spot. If needed, he quickly filters tasks by period or finds the desired one through search

It is convenient that in the profile you can:

  • enable biometrics (quick login)

  • activate push notifications

  • change photo

  • even switch between companies (if working in multiple directions)

He no longer calls the logician with the question: "What do I have today?". Everything is already before his eyes

Work at the facility

Oleh arrives at the first facility. He opens the task

The task card has three main sections: "Details", "Communication", and "File Library". In the "Details" section, all key information is collected: name, time interval, address, reward amount, task description (in notes), responsible person, and completion percentage (needed for correct reward calculation)

Arriving at the facility, Oleh:

What about payment?

In this case, Oleh does not need to keep a notebook or a separate spreadsheet with records of amounts and then pass them on to the office. He can immediately create all the necessary documents in Keruj

and even send the finished "Certificate of completion" to the client

The work is completed. Everything is immediately in the service - and the office sees it in real-time

However, the logician has just created a new task for Oleh - Repair (not cooling). Oleh received a corresponding notification on his device

Arriving at the location, the worker found out that the cooling filter needed to be replaced.

If Oleh did not have Keruj, he would have had to call the warehouse, check the availability with the responsible worker, and in case of absence, ask to place an order.

But now, he has the opportunity to view actual availability in the application, and even create a "Buyer's order" document if the required part is not in stock.

So, by going to the "Documents" section, under "Nomenclature", Oleh checked the availability of the required filter

It is out of stock. Oleh created a "Buyer's order" document, adding the required nomenclature. The warehouse worker immediately saw the document and took it "to work".

In the task, Oleh added a comment that the necessary parts for execution were missing and changed the task status to "Waiting"

They agreed with the client that the work would be done on Tuesday, consequently setting the task execution date

End of the day without paperwork

16:00 Oleh finished work

All tasks:

  • moved to appropriate statuses

  • have photos attached

  • supplemented with notes

  • documents are created

He does not need to go to the office to hand in the acts. The logician sees: what has been completed, what materials were used, and which tasks remain open

Full synchronization with the web version means that the office and the field work in one environment

What has changed for the worker in the field?

  1. Constant access to work. All information is on the phone

  2. Real-time coordination of tasks. No "I didn't see" or "no one told me"

  3. Fast creation of documents. Invoices, acts, orders - right at the facility

  4. Prompt communication. All discussions are within the task or document

  5. Discipline and order. Every action is recorded, everything is systemized

For a service worker, the Keruj mobile application is a complete and single working tool. It replaces the notebook, reduces the number of calls, removes chaos in chats, speeds up document preparation, and improves communication with the office

The worker in the field gets more control, less stress, and a clear understanding of their tasks. And the company gets process transparency and execution discipline. And all this - without being tied to a workplace.

Keruj allows you to manage work directly at the place of execution
