• Call history in the client card. View the duration and status of each completed call and listen to conversation recordings

• Automatic call linking. Keruj finds the corresponding record by phone number: an active opportunity or counterparty. If the number is unknown, a new Opportunity can be created automatically

• Import previous calls. Download call history for the last 30 days if needed

• Reliable synchronization. Repeated notifications and imports do not create duplicates, and Keruj checks connection availability every hour

• Secure data storage. The Ringostat API key is encrypted before saving.

Thanks to the integration, the team has access to communication history without switching between services, and the manager has more context for working with clients
