Contacts is the database of contact persons of all your counterparties in Keruy™. The section is used for saving and quick access to contact information of clients, suppliers, and partners of the company

Their purpose:

• to store contact details

• to specify positions and affiliation to a counterparty

• to quickly find the necessary contacts

• to use contacts in work with documents and communication

• to maintain a single, up-to-date database of contact persons

Location

"Contacts" are located on the navigation bar on the left, in the "Data" section

The list of contacts is displayed in a table format. Its view can be changed according to your own criteria using filters, columns, and other tools

Creation

You can create a new contact by clicking "+" on the navigation bar or the "+Create" button on the home page of the module

Contact creation form:

1. Counterparty - selection of a counterparty from the list of existing ones, to which this contact belongs

2. Type - definition of the contact type: individual or contact of a legal entity

3. Full Name - personal information of the contact person

4. Contact information - phone number, email

5. Position - title of the position held by the contact person

6. Date of birth - date of birth of the contact

7. Notes - additional information or comments regarding the contact

Not all fields are mandatory, but the more complete the contact card is, the more useful this data will be for your company during work and communication

Editing a contact

Some fields in the contact card, in particular Full Name, contact information, and notes, can be modified directly on the module page

To edit, you need to click the "Edit" button at the end of the corresponding row in the "Action" column

Deleting a contact

The delete function is also available in the contact edit form. If you have the appropriate access rights, you can delete outdated or mistakenly created contacts

Contacts in counterparties

By clicking on a counterparty in the corresponding column, you will automatically go to their card, where all contacts associated with this counterparty will be displayed
