Finance

Finance is a Keruj module that documents the movement of financial resources between you and your counterparties across accounts/cash registers

Its purpose:

  • recording buyer payments

  • recording payments to suppliers

  • transferring money between accounts/cash registers

  • controlling account balances

  • history of cash flow across accounts

Location

The "Finance" module is located on the left-side navigation panel

You can immediately view "All" available financial documents or select the required type. The list of documents is displayed in a table format. Its appearance can be customized according to your criteria using filters, columns, and other tools

For financial accounting in Keruj, six types of financial documents are used: "Money Inflow", "Money Outflow", "Money Transfer", "Money Refund", "Balance Adjustment", and "Money Adjustment"

Money Inflow

The document is designed for recording and registering the company's income from the sale of goods or provision of services

Money Outflow

Used for recording and registering company expenses on goods, services, and other expenditures

Money Transfer

Transfer of funds from one place or account to another. Depending on needs, it can be a transfer of funds between enterprise accounts (for example, from a current account to a deposit account), cash collection, etc.

Money Refund

The document records the outflow of funds refunded to a buyer-counterparty, as this financial transaction is not considered a company expense

Balance Adjustment

Used to make changes to account balances for the purpose of:

  • correcting previously made accounting errors

  • reflecting the company's actual financial state as of a certain date

  • closing the period before preparing financial statements

Money Adjustment

This is the company's first financial document, used to enter the initial balance. The numbers can be either positive or negative and must correspond to your financial statements
